Coaches help our incubatees build better businesses and we are grateful for that. We would expect you to run a 2 hour NaiLab skills workshop about once every 9 months, scheduled at your convenience. We would also invite you to take 60-90 minutes of your time 2-3 times a year to discuss arising specific problem of an incubatee. All together, being a NaiLab coach will cost you about 1 day a year of your time.
We hope to be successful enough to not only incubate exciting businesses, but also potential new clients for you. However, we can make no promises in that respect, but leave the choice to the startup business so always carry you A Game with you, what we can and will do, is thank you privately and in public, make sure, our network knows about you and your expertise, and generally let you shine. You will be listed and linked on our website and receive a special welcome at all NaiLab events.
We invite experienced professionals in vital aspects of doing business: business model development, finance, marketing, customer service, market research and others. NaiLab coaches commit to supporting us by helping our incubatees to build better businesses. The team of coaches will be updated as needed.
Every month, we invite a NaiLab coach to offer a skills workshop for our incubatees. These workshops generally consist of a 30 minute introduction into the topic and a 90 minute discussion of cases from the different incubatees. The workshops are open to our incubatees only and keep their businesses on track towards professionalism.
No. We also offer our incubatees 1on1 skills sessions with our coaches. If an incubatee hits a specific business problem, we will connect them with the right person. The Volunteer NaiLab coach meets the incubatee for 60-90 minutes at a location of his choice to discuss the issue and help resolve it. Hands-on advice for hands-on problems.
The skills and 1on1 sessions are far from the only lessons available at NaiLab. We expect our incubatees to share their knowledge and attack common challenges together. Incubatees are encouraged to fill the space with the kind of activities that help building their businesses. We encourage co-creation and will contribute our share to building a vibrant NaiLab network.
